• Your manuscript file (temporarily, for audiobook generation only)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card details)
• Basic usage data (pages visited, features used — for improving the service)

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Generate your audiobook from the manuscript you uploaded
• Send you order confirmation and download links by email
• Respond to your support requests
• Process your payment securely through Stripe
• Improve our service based on usage patterns (anonymized)

3. Manuscript data retention

Your manuscript file is treated with the highest level of care:

• Files are encrypted immediately upon upload using industry-standard TLS encryption
• Manuscripts are permanently and automatically deleted within 24 hours of audiobook generation
• We do not retain copies of your manuscript after deletion
• Generated audio files are stored temporarily and available for download for 7 days

4. What we never do

We make the following commitments to you:

• We never sell your personal data to third parties
• We never share your manuscript with any third party for any reason
• We never use your manuscript or its content to train AI models
• We never display advertising based on your content

5. Third-party services

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate The Narrator:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
• Cloudflare — security and CDN services. Cloudflare's privacy policy applies.

6. Your rights
